Motivating to Enjoy Life


We all go through periods of time where we just can't be bothered to do anything. Usually caused by a loss, a failure, or something negative that has happened in our lives. Sometimes we don't even know what the event was, but we know we have lost motivation.

We try hard to get out of these feelings. We try to get back to work, study, exercise or whatever it is that would make us happy, but a lack of motivation is devastating. That's when we need help.
